When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. We offer Economy shipping, which is typically 5-8 business days. We strive to ship your order by the end of the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

How do I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at sales@excitementemail.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address. If the order was returned to us due to an address error, the order will be canceled and refunded and can not be shipped back out.

In-Store Pickup

If you're in the area, our stores offer in-store pickup to skip the shipping cost and time. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Your order will be canceled and refunded if not picked up within seven (7) days of the date the order is placed.

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes! Your order will arrive in plain brown boxes or bubble mailers. The shipping label will read Excitement.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Economy shipping for order over $35+, otherwise the cost is $7.25.

How do you ship?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
